Some of our products are designed by the Priscilla Carson staff and are printed in our offices once you order them.
Other products are manufactured by our suppliers and put together to ship when they are ordered.
We take great care and pride in manufacturing and packaging your order so unless your items arrive damaged we cannot process cancellations, returns or exchanges.
If your item is incorrect or damaged, please let us know within 7 days. After 7 days, we will not be able to send you a new item.
All Custom Items are not returnable. You will receive virtual proofs to approve before we print them.
